Our Stainless Steel Globe Valve are designed in strict accordance with the ASME B16.34 standard; the connection between the valve body and the bonnet, the stuffing box, the installation of the stem nut, and the upper seal are all designed in strict accordance with API603. The valve selection is in full compliance with API603 requirements. The length is in accordance with ASME B16.10; the flange connection dimensions are in accordance with ANSI / ASME B16.5a. Valve inspection and testing are carried out in strict accordance with API598. Therefore, the valve is widely used in petrochemical pipelines, and is also applicable in electric power, metallurgy, textile and other systems.
When the Stainless Steel Globe Valve  is opened, the opening height of the valve flap is 25% to 30% of the nominal diameter, and the flow rate has reached the maximum, indicating that the valve has reached the fully open position. Therefore, the full open position of the shutoff valve should be determined by the stroke of the valve flap.

No matter how well the product is made, a wrong thread type will make it useless. You have to determine the thread type before you order. British Standard Pipe fittings are among the most popular of all foreign threads in the world today. These threads come in two versions: parallel (BSPP), and tapered (BSPT). The thread flank angle for both tapered and parallel British threads is 55°. Although BSP is a foreign thread, it isn’t actually metric. This is why it comes in Imperial sizes: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, etc. BSP parallel (BSPP) threads commonly seal via a 30° chamfer on the male thread to a 30° cone seat inside the female thread (swivel only).
